The Jylhä project (development of the public business services in the region and piloting business advisor training) is essentially related to the national development work of the public business service system but also to the strategic guidelines presented in the regional economic strategy of the Hämeenlinna subregion. Through this project the prerequisites of the national development process and its new operational models will be strengthened at the communal level.
The goal of the project is to build the entity of the public business services that best serves the region and its strategic goals, and where the whole network of business service organisations operates customer-oriented and pro-active way, with quality and in cooperation with the private sector.
The aim of the project is to renew the public business services in the region and to improve customer services. Best practices and operational models that were created during the project, will be executed regionally.
